Why should I subscribe to or pay Ethereal?

Subscribing to or paying Ethereal enables us for exploration of new ideas through filmmaking initiatives, ensuring the continued quality content. Subscribers and payers get access to pictures via one time payments OR monthly/yearly subscription, other than accessing all our videos free of cost on YouTube and our website. Your contribution, regardless of size, is valuable for Ethereal.

What are the different modes of payment?

Payment options include:

• Monthly/Yearly subscriptions - lets you download pictures which will be updated by us on a regular basis.
• One-time payments - lets you download one picture corresponding to the amount paid.

Accepting credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and net-banking.

I want to pay an amount more than the limit mentioned on the this wesbite - how can I do it?

A Permanent Account Number (PAN) is required for Indian Citizens for transactions more than INR 2 Lakhs. This will be included on the invoice. You can send us an email on subscriptions@etherealcolours.com about the same (sharing your PAN copy). If you are not from India, you can send us an email and we can take it forward from there. We understand that this is an extra effort on your end and it is appreciated.

Can I get a refund?

Currently, all payments are non-refundable. For issues like faulty or duplicate payments, or feedback, you can contact subscriptions@etherealcolours.com.

Do you accept cash?

Cash payments are not accepted.

Are these payments Tax Exempt? Do you provide donation certificates for these payments?

Your payments are not tax-exempt donations and therefore do not come with donation certificates.
